GALLERY
Manufactured in XXXX, this gun feature our traditional rose and scroll pattern engraving. The lockplates are adorned with gold-inlaid cocking indicators and our name inlaid in gold, retaining virtually full hardening color. The non-selective single triggers boast beaded-edge trigger guards, while the highly-figured stocks, cast-on, feature straight-hand grips. The barrels are equipped with game ribs. The gun are presented in/ come with its leather motorcase with a canvas cover.
CONSTRUCTION
Original 28″ saddle lump barrels with a raised, smooth, concave game rib. Barrels both measure .0735″ with .010″ choke in the right barrel and .045″ choke in the left barrel.
Appears to be the original stock with traditional drop points and flat top checkering on a straight-hand stock with a 15 1/4″ LOP over a traditional rubber pad that was added at a later date. The stock shield remains blank.
Action has been brushed and remains a dull silver but the engraving remains quite nice. The stock has a repair on the bottom edge of the stock’s head. Barrels and stock show evidence of old refinish. Overall gun is very nice and very serviceable.
